Southern Swedish Forest Research Centre (SLU) presents an announcement for PhD position in forest policy. The title of the project is "System innovation to promote fast growing broadleaves in Swedish forestry", with the closing date for applications on the 20th of May 2022.
Letter of the President of the Polish Academy of Sciences

President of the Polish Academy of Sciences, prof. Jerzy Duszyński sent a letter to the IUFRO president. Below is the text of the reply sent by John Parrotta:

It is encouraging to hear of the efforts being made by the Polish Academy of Sciences to assist our academic and research colleagues in Ukraine in this terribly difficult time.
